How the church will sustain the Cause

The church will secure the library’s sustainability by including a dedicated line in its annual budget for maintenance and yearly book purchases, supplemented by a designated library fund fed by voluntary member contributions and periodic fundraising events. Daily operations will be managed by a rotating team of volunteers—church members, youth, and leaders—who handle shelving, lending records, and upkeep, while donations of books and materials will be accepted under clear quality criteria. Purchases will focus on essential, high-impact titles to maximize value, and regular programs (Sunday school, Bible study, reading clubs) will sustain usage. Annual maintenance checks, financial reporting, and a small reserve will ensure accountability and long-term continuity, creating a community-owned, self-reliant library for future generations.
