The City of Hot Church recognizes the urgent need to nurture a new generation of leaders who love God, possess strong faith, and are knowledgeable, in order to foster church growth and serve as blessings to the community. After community mapping and prioritizing local challenges, it was identified that addressing issues such as environmental safety, drug addiction, child rights protection, and online threats is crucial for community development. The Youth Leadership Development Program aims to empower youth with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to become transformative leaders in both the church and society. Through comprehensive training, the program will cover topics including leadership, worship leadership, environmental stewardship, child rights, human trafficking prevention, and online safety. Attendees are expected to apply their learning to become effective youth leaders, advocates for change, and faithful followers of Christ, ultimately leading their local community toward holistic growth and spiritual revival.

What the church is contributing

Physical Resources
Local physical resource contribution includes essential camp materials such as sound equipment and musical instruments. These resources help create a vibrant and engaging environment for the Youth Leadership Development Camp, enriching participants' experience and fostering active participation and creativity.
Human Resources
The local community have generously contributed human resources by providing 10 dedicated volunteer staff members. Their commitment and time are vital in ensuring the success of the Youth Leadership Development Camp, helping to organize, facilitate, and create a positive experience for all participants.

How the church will sustain the Cause

The youth leadership camp will train 80 local youth participants over three days and two nights, focusing on skills such as leadership, public speaking, worship, environmental stewardship, child rights, human trafficking prevention, and awareness of online and drug issues. To ensure long-term impact, follow-up mentorship programs and community projects will be implemented, encouraging participants to apply and share their knowledge within their communities. The church and local organizations will continue to support these youth through ongoing training and peer-led initiatives, fostering a sustainable culture of leadership and positive change that extends beyond the camp and benefits the entire community.
