Water for all

Thank you so much. Once again, we have seen that God's grace is manifested for the children who participate in our center, and that God uses people who, without knowing them personally, care about those most in need. The water supply improvement project has been completed. We have acquired two new tanks with greater storage capacity, a filter that purifies the water entering the tanks, and part of the tank outlet pipe that connects to the pipe that distributes water to the rest of the facilities has been replaced. We will now have water in all spaces, faucets, sinks, kitchen, and restrooms, and we will be able to carry out activities without the inconvenience of the essential lack of water. Three important aspects that will be improved with the new tanks: in the kitchen, food will be prepared with fresh, clean water, ensuring hygiene and disinfection of fruits and vegetables; the restrooms will be used without problems, creating a clean and bacteria-free space; and filtered water will flow from the faucets, allowing for consumption and use with a lower risk of contracting diseases. Access to water, and quality water, is a right and a need that we long to be met through the church, the national Compassion office, and generous donors who are committed to the well-being of our center's participants.
