This project addresses the economic challenges faced by our community, where low crop prices and limited local employment opportunities have led to widespread family problems, broken families, and children lacking emotional warmth. By providing career support and skill development for children and parents, the initiative aims to create sustainable livelihoods within the community. Empowering families to earn a local income helps reduce economic hardship, strengthen family bonds, and foster a nurturing environment for children. As children no longer need to seek work outside the community, they experience greater emotional support and stability, contributing to healthier, more resilient families and a more vibrant community overall.

What the church is contributing
Human Resources
The church community includes groups of women and youth who can serve as instructors for baking, as well as assist in coordinating and maintaining training materials. Additionally, the municipality can be invited to provide expert teaching and support, further strengthening the training program and empowering local residents to develop their baking skills.
