This initiative aims to equip young people with practical skills in operating electric embroidery machines and starting small businesses. Approximately 30–40 youths will directly participate in hands-on training sessions lasting one to two days or one week, where they will learn pattern design, equipment maintenance, and basic entrepreneurship skills relevant to their craft. Additionally, another 20–40 youth will benefit indirectly by engaging in activities such as showcasing their work, organizing community workshops, and forming "youth career groups" to collaborate on embroidery and other handicraft projects. The project seeks to empower young people with vocational skills, fostering creativity, confidence, and sustainable income opportunities.
