Between Weariness and Hope

About the Cause

They were a family of six: two adults and four children. Their home is small, but the love that binds them is immense. However, each day it becomes more difficult for them to provide their children with the minimum conditions they need to grow up with dignity. They have only one bedroom and just two beds. Every night, the children make do as best they can, taking turns to sleep better, sharing space and dreams. Sometimes they sleep together, other times on the floor, without complaining, because they have learned too quickly to adapt to the lack of resources. It deeply pains their parents not to be able to provide them with their own place to rest, study, and feel safe. They strive every day to get ahead, but their financial means are insufficient to improve this situation. Seeing them wake up tired, without having slept well, breaks their hearts, because they know they deserve better. This led them to approach us, and this story touched our hearts, motivating us to share it so we can find good Samaritans to support this cause and help them obtain a larger bed or bunk bed.
