Madet is a single mother of four young children. Seven months ago, when she became pregnant with her youngest child, her husband abandoned her. Since then, she has been alone, facing life with the burden of four little ones who depend entirely on her love and effort. They live in very difficult conditions. There is only one mattress in their home. Madet sleeps on it with her seven-month-old baby, trying to protect him from the cold at night. Her other three children sleep on the floor, making do as best they can, without a bed to give them the rest every child needs to grow healthy and strong. Madet relies on washing clothes when she is called upon and has no formal job. To cook for her children, she has to gather three stones and old sticks, and place a pot on top of the stones to cook for them. For this reason, we are motivated to share this story with you so that, with a donation that God puts in your heart, we can help this mother get back to a peaceful sleep and a decent place to cook. We want to achieve the ideal of having a childhood for Christ, free from poverty, with an optimal level of spiritual development that will lead them to be part of a generation of preachers of the word of the Lord, seeking to form an integrated society that worships the name of God.
