Date Posted: 01/05/2026
Dear donors and partners, We express our deepest gratitude for your continued funding of our non-timber forest product processing project. Your commitment is a powerful sign of trust and hope for us. Thanks to available local resources, women are mobilized, organized, and engaged in the initial preparatory activities. This momentum demonstrates their determination and the importance of this project to the community. Upon receipt of the funds, the project will be immediately strengthened and accelerated, enabling full implementation and a lasting impact. The expected benefits are significant: empowerment of women, improved living conditions, and strengthened community cohesion. May the Lord bless you abundantly for your support and generosity. Your contribution is already transforming mindsets and paving the way for other promising projects serving our community.

How the church will sustain the Cause
Our church has always been committed to supporting vulnerable families in a sustainable manner. For the past two years, we have supported around ten women each season by offering them practical training in local processing. Thanks to the fruits of this initiative, some women have already been able to launch small businesses. Given this positive impact, we plan to extend our support further to many beneficiaries. We have identified local artisans and technicians capable of ensuring the maintenance of equipment (dryers, mixers, processing units, etc.) at a low cost, which guarantees business continuity even in the event of a breakdown. Finally, beneficiaries will gradually be empowered through a community operating contribution, to ensure partial self-financing of the project. These strategies will allow us to maintain the project's impact without relying on long-term external funding.
