Industrial stove for young people - Growth and self-improvement

We were inspired to create this cause by the enthusiasm of each of the young people who attend the technical training program held annually, which includes a pastry course. In conversations with them, they mentioned their strong interest in a bread-making course, but unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to implement it due to the lack of a suitable stove for the course to be fully developed. We would only be able to purchase one industrial oven, although we would like to acquire more than one, but that would mean more money. Therefore, we opted for a high-end stove. When installing the equipment, we would ask for the help of church members to install the appropriate electrical outlets. However, we need financial support to purchase the installation materials. We also request support for the purchase of utensils and materials necessary for preparing bread and pastries, as part of our initial investment. The idea is to create a small business within the youth group, where the profits would be used for each of them, such as buying them things they need for school or home, or for recreational activities like an all-expenses-paid trip. These earnings would be agreed upon with the volunteer team and each of the young people.
