The children and youth development center aims to lift its beneficiaries out of poverty. We therefore intend to implement fish farming, both to support youth training and job creation, and to contribute to income-generating activities, further improving the support provided to our beneficiaries. We had already begun an initial project with a pond and a well that we constructed, but we now lack the resources to continue large-scale production.
10% is used for operating costs, enabling us to grow and expand our ability to offer Compassion Causes to more churches worldwide.

This project falls within a very promising sector, and one of the essential elements for its success is the availability of a water resource, which is already a given within the partner church. Furthermore, this project provides a training framework for the project's beneficiaries and community members, thus ensuring its sustainability. The church expects to generate an annual profit of three million (3,000,000) CFA francs from this project. With this profit, and given the drilling of a well to supply water to the ponds, the church will be able to expand its production over the years.
