The church wants to start an egg-laying chicken farm to support its long-term work with children. Families in the community face rising household expenses, and children need nutritious food to grow and thrive. The church already has a structure ready with pillars and a roof, but it still needs hens, netting, chicken feed, food containers, and water troughs to make the farm fully functional.
Raising chickens will provide children with high-quality protein, reduce household costs, and generate extra income to support their education. Children will also learn to care for the chickens, understand where food comes from, and develop responsibility, empathy, and a connection to nature. Through hands-on practice, they will see how their work contributes to real results. The farm will improve children’s well-being and give the community a practical, sustainable way to support its youth.
