The Men's Haircutting Skill Development program, established by the church, aims to empower youth by providing hands-on training in barbering. Currently housed in our church's barber shop and workshop, this initiative is run by a dedicated volunteer and has successfully launched, but we can only accommodate about 10% of the youth interested in participating. To expand our reach and impact, we are seeking additional resources to scale up the program, allowing more young people to develop valuable skills and generate sustainable income. By investing in this initiative, we can foster a brighter future for our community and provide greater training opportunities for those eager to learn
