1. The church recognizes the urgent need for improved garbage disposal in our rural community, where litter is scattered due to a lack of proper waste management. 2. To combat this, we propose building an incinerator to reduce waste and global warming while enhancing the community's living conditions. By leading this initiative, the church aims to foster a healthier, more organized environment and help the community appreciate the importance of a clean, livable space.
