In our community, many children spend most of their time on phones or inside the home, with limited opportunities for safe outdoor play. At the same time, there is no proper playground space within the church, and the available land is uneven and not suitable for safe use. Because of this, children sometimes play in unsafe areas, which increases the risk of accidents and limits their ability to grow through active play.
If this is addressed, children will have a safe and consistent place to play where they can develop physical strength, coordination, and confidence. They will also have more opportunities to interact with others, learn teamwork, and build healthy relationships, supporting both their emotional and social development.
To respond to this, our church will develop a safe playground by preparing the land through leveling and drainage, and installing age-appropriate equipment designed for durability and safety. This space will be created not only for play, but as a shared environment where children, parents, and the community can gather, strengthening connection and supporting healthy development in everyday life.
