The logic behind the Children's Welding Project is to encourage children to learn basic vocational skills from a young age, particularly welding, a skill in high demand in the labor market. Learning welding helps develop children's knowledge, tool skills, occupational safety, and systematic analytical thinking. Furthermore, it fosters positive traits such as patience, discipline, and responsibility in completing assigned tasks. This project also helps children discover their own aptitudes and interests, which can be further developed into future careers, whether through vocational education or self-employment. This preparation enables children to become a high-quality workforce that meets the long-term needs of national development.

In implementing the welding project, people in the community can participate in ways such as helping to publicize the project to make it widely known and participating in the implementation.

We also plan to establish a career development fund, with some of the proceeds from church activities, such as fundraisers, sales of children's handicrafts, or small welding services from trained students, to enable the project to self-sustain and grow sustainably in the future.
Due to risk of persecution, we've hidden the name of this church.
