Children and youth will learn the fundamentals of masonry, such as mixing cement, laying bricks, and plastering, and the proper and safe use of tools. This knowledge will be applied to everyday life or as a foundation for future careers.

Learn Teamwork and Discipline

This course emphasizes hands-on group practice, promoting collaboration, delegating responsibilities, and developing discipline in the work process.

Develop Self-Pride

When youth are able to create their own masterpieces, such as building a small wall or repairing a community area, they will gain pride and confidence in their abilities.

Reduce Risky Behaviors and Use Free Time Productively

This activity is a good alternative for creatively spending free time, helping youth stay away from the media or risky behaviors, such as playing games all day, going out to party, or using drugs.

See Future Careers

Some children may discover a passion and aptitude for carpentry, which can be a starting point for further vocational education or apprenticeships leading to a stable job market, such as construction, repair, or freelance plastering.
