About the Cause

Our church building is currently being used for children’s learning activities, but it is also increasingly being used by villagers, government agencies, and visiting organizations for meetings and community activities. This shows that the building is already serving beyond its original purpose and has become an important shared space for the wider community. If this is improved, children will benefit from a safer, cleaner, and more suitable environment for learning and development in all areas: physical, mental, social, and spiritual. A better learning space will help them focus, stay comfortable throughout the year, and grow in a more stable and supportive environment. To respond to this need, our church will improve the existing building by upgrading its structure and learning environment so it can be used more effectively for children and community activities. We want to create a space that is not only functional, but also welcoming and reliable for year-round use, supporting both learning and community connection.

Human Resources
The church will have some members and parents of the children who have carpentry skills come to help with the project, about 5 people per day. It will take approximately 7-10 days to complete the activity.

How the church will sustain the Cause
Going forward, our church will formally manage the building as a shared community and church resource that supports both children’s development and wider community activities. We will establish clear responsibility for its care and use so that it remains well-maintained over time. We will set aside an annual maintenance plan to ensure the building remains in good condition and can continue serving its purpose without major disruptions. Preventive care will be prioritized so that small issues are addressed early before they become larger repairs. The building will continue to be used regularly for children’s programs, church activities, and community gatherings, ensuring that it remains active and valuable rather than underused. As it becomes a central shared space, it will naturally strengthen relationships between the church and the community. Over time, this will create a stable system where the building is not only a physical structure, but a long-term community resource that supports learning, connection, and shared growth.
