In our community, many children and youths are interested in and skilled in hairdressing and beauty services. However, because most families have low incomes and are engaged in agriculture, they cannot afford the equipment or support their children in continuously learning these skills. Some children dream of having a future career that can generate income and support their families, but they lack the opportunities and suitable training locations. This project was therefore created to provide beauty equipment and skills training materials, such as haircutting tools, hair styling tools, and other necessary learning materials, so that children and youth in the community, including those residing in the football athlete dormitory, can learn and practice in a safe and appropriate environment. Our community is a rural community where most families earn income from farming, gardening, and wage labor, with uncertain incomes. Therefore, having supplementary vocational skills is crucial, as children and youth can use their knowledge to pursue future careers or generate supplemental income while studying. Furthermore, beauty skills are applicable within the community and can be developed into a self-employment business.
