Due to his impoverished family circumstances and congenital heart disease, Mr. Phurinat faces health limitations that prevent him from performing strenuous work. His lack of educational opportunities and vocational skills hinder his ability to support himself and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
This egg-laying chicken project was initiated to promote household self-reliance. Raising chickens is a relatively low-impact activity suitable for Mr. Phurinat's physical condition. The fresh eggs will reduce food expenses and ensure nutritional security within the family, while surplus eggs can be sold to the local community, transforming free time into income for the family.
