The City of Hot Church recognizes the urgent need to nurture a new generation of leaders who love God, possess strong faith, and are knowledgeable, in order to foster church growth and serve as blessings to the community. After community mapping and prioritizing local challenges, it was identified that addressing issues such as environmental safety, drug addiction, child rights protection, and online threats is crucial for community development.
The Youth Leadership Development Program aims to empower youth with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to become transformative leaders in both the church and society. Through comprehensive training, the program will cover topics including leadership, worship leadership, environmental stewardship, child rights, human trafficking prevention, and online safety.
Attendees are expected to apply their learning to become effective youth leaders, advocates for change, and faithful followers of Christ, ultimately leading their local community toward holistic growth and spiritual revival.
