Our workshop is now up and running and will continue to be managed by the church as part of its youth programs. The income generated from the sale of custom products will go toward purchasing materials, performing preventative maintenance on the equipment, and carrying out minor repairs as needed. If any equipment requires major repairs, the church will organize fundraising activities and use a portion of the workshop's income to cover the cost. As the business grows, it will be able to produce a wider variety of products, increase sales, and offer training opportunities to more young people, thus strengthening its sustainability without relying on external support.
