The drug problem is a significant issue that the church aims to address as part of its efforts to keep children and youth away from drugs. The drug problem impacts communities' health, family, economic, and community security, particularly in remote areas where access to educational opportunities and creative activities is limited. This leaves these children and youth at risk of being lured into or involved with drugs. The church, therefore, has a children's ministry to promote and develop youth to use their free time productively through sports activities. This is an important approach to preventing and solving the drug problem in a sustainable way. Sports not only promote physical and mental health but also instill morality, discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork, leading to social resilience in children and youth. The remote Doi Okat community lacks suitable sports fields and exercise facilities. Therefore, the Anti-Drug Sports Field Project is essential for providing creative spaces for children and youth to learn and practice sports skills, as well as a platform for the creative expression of their potential, thereby reducing the likelihood of drug addiction and improving the quality of life in the community.
