About the Cause

With much appreciation and faith that God will touch hearts for our cause, we share a bit of our story. We have recently celebrated 15 years with the Development Center Ministry, and God has used His sons and daughters to bless the lives of our participants in many ways. As a church, God blessed us with the construction of classrooms to serve our participants through education, and a kitchen where food is prepared to meet their nutritional needs while they are at the program. Over the years, the ministry has used the classrooms and educational furniture for participants to eat their meals. Occasionally, due to the limited space in the classrooms and the number of participants, we have had to use the outdoor area. This is because, as a church, we do not have a specific place for the children to eat more comfortably. Therefore, our dream is to create a dining area for our participants where they can eat their meals in a more dignified and comfortable environment. We trust that God will touch your hearts to help us complete this project.
