To combat the socioeconomic strain of a transitioning, aging demographic, this project focuses on 'localizing opportunity.' As working-age residents increasingly migrate to urban areas for employment, the community loses both its economic engine and its family cohesion. Our initiative reverses this trend by equipping local youth and residents with the skills and infrastructure to generate sustainable income on-site. By fostering internal job creation and economic resilience, we are not just teaching trades—we are rebuilding the community’s capacity to support its own members for generations to come.
