The youth in our church exhibit remarkable commitment and vision, showing a strong interest in acquiring barbering skills. This program not only provides a productive way to use their free time but also offers a golden opportunity to build careers and earn income while studying. By alleviating the financial burden on their parents, these youths are paving the way for a brighter future. Barbering skills are in high demand, require minimal investment, and allow youth to quickly start earning their own income. This reduces financial pressure on families, particularly concerning tuition and personal expenses, while fostering self-esteem and family pride. Additionally, it transforms after-school hours into valuable opportunities and promotes discipline and responsibility. Beyond technical barbering skills, the program fosters comprehensive life skills, including customer service, time management, and creativity, cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age. Our goal is to develop these youths into professional, service-oriented barbers ready to earn substantial income and support their families in the long run. Supporting this barber training program is not just an investment in skills; it is an investment in the future of our youth, empowering them to become a driving force for community development.
