Brother Santiago and his family are very happy and grateful for the support of Compassionate Causes, which has made their dream of building decent bathrooms for their families a reality. Unfortunately, we were delayed in starting the project due to Brother Santiago's work schedule, which prevented him from beginning on time. Transporting the materials was also very difficult because the area where he lives is very mountainous and vehicle access is very complicated. However, in July, the entire process began, and work is currently underway. These bathrooms will be of great help to these families, as they will prevent contamination and many diseases.
TWO FAMILIES SET OUT TO DIG HOLES TO BUILD A LATRINE BUT THE SOIL IS ROCKY THEY STOPPED THEIR WORK DUE TO LACK OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES. WE HAVE SEEN THEIR EFFORTS TO GIVE THEIR CHILDREN A HEALTHY LIFE BUT THESE FAMILIES ARE FORCED TO RELOCATE THEIR BODY IN THE MOUNTAINS EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW IT IS UNHYGIENIC THEY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. The church wants to support them because both families have given their lives to God and have been active members for three years. However, we do not have the financial resources to support them, so we do not hesitate to present this project on this platform. We are sure that the construction of these latrines will prevent the spread of diseases.
To be an instrument in God's hand to reach souls for his kingdom, focusing on children and young people so that they may become true children of God, good citizens, responsible parents who, upon completing their time at the CDI, will be upright and just leaders, following in the footsteps of Jesus.
