Our church has a long history of nurturing youth, providing them with valuable skills over the past five years while fostering continuous learning. Throughout the church's youth ministry partnership with the foundation, we have received significant support and encouragement. As the project evolves, we remain committed to developing youth in various areas and recognize the need to strengthen our capacity to sustain youth ministry effectively. We believe that organizing and scaling up the music lessons will greatly benefit children, youth, the community, and the nation. Music is an activity that resonates with children, keeping them engaged and helping them avoid drugs. Additionally, it opens up career opportunities for young people in the community too.
10% is used for operating costs, enabling us to grow and expand our ability to offer Compassion Causes to more churches worldwide.

Our church is committed to sustaining its Praise Music program without needing additional funding by systematically utilizing existing church resources. This includes developing new leaders and mentors from youth graduates, encouraging volunteer efforts, and organizing internal fundraising events that won't burden members. The church will also integrate music into its annual programs and share equipment with ongoing maintenance to ensure sustainability. This approach fosters a continuity of ministers and allows youth to remain actively engaged in worship over the long term.
