When the rainy season arrives, water leaks into the classrooms because the roof sheets are old and have holes. This poses a danger to our children and young people who attend classes there, as the floor gets wet and some of them could slip while walking. The classrooms are built of cinder blocks, and the roof is made of corrugated metal sheets that have deteriorated over time. When winter arrives, water begins to leak due to the poor condition of the roof. This funding will be used to replace the roof sheets in the four classrooms and also replace the roof of the hallway to prevent further leaks. We want our children and young people to be in safe classrooms, free from the danger of water accumulating on the floor, which could cause accidents and injuries. This project will benefit 120 students. In this way, our children and young people will be able to receive their classes in a comfortable and safe environment, without the danger of getting hurt or wet while receiving their classes.
10% is used for operating costs, enabling us to grow and expand our ability to offer Compassion Causes to more churches worldwide.
