Our community faces ongoing economic challenges where most families depend on agriculture and experience unstable and limited income. Because of this, children and youth often do not have access to vocational skills or opportunities that could help protect them from future poverty and create pathways for stable employment.
If this is addressed, children and youth will be able to learn practical skills that allow them to begin earning small incomes and developing financial responsibility from an early stage. Families will experience reduced financial pressure, and children will gain confidence, discipline, and pride in contributing in small ways. Over time, these skills will create a stronger foundation for long-term employment and help youth grow into stable and self-reliant adults.
To respond to this need, our church will provide vocational training programs that equip children and youth with practical, income-generating skills. These trainings will be designed to be accessible during school breaks so that children can participate without interrupting their education. Our church will guide them not only in skill development but also in basic money management, saving, and responsibility. We also want to create an environment where children can share what they learn with younger peers, helping skills continue to grow within the community.
We exist to improve the quality of life for children and youth through a holistic child development process. Our mission is based on the Word of God, developing youth leaders who become disciples of Christ. We proclaim the gospel, live according to Christ's example, and serve according to our gifts.
