We would like to share with you some significant progress we have achieved through local efforts and community mobilization. Initially, our classrooms had several structural limitations: they lacked windows on the sides facing the outside, were without ceilings, and in some cases, had no doors. Faced with this situation, we mobilized local resources and relied on the support of volunteer services, which allowed us to install windows, ceiling all the rooms, and install doors in those that did not yet have them. With the support received, we also acquired air conditioning units. Simultaneously, through local mobilization, we were able to purchase the necessary materials for the electrical installation, making the environments more suitable, especially during periods of intense heat, when they were previously practically unbearable. In addition, we have already purchased and installed flooring in two classrooms, further contributing to the improvement of the structure. All these actions were carefully planned and committed, with the aim of offering a safer, more dignified, and welcoming environment for our children. We are also eagerly awaiting Causes' mobilizations, as we believe that with this support we will be able to advance even more significant improvements, fundamental for the smooth running and strengthening of the Project. We reiterate our gratitude for the partnership and continue working together to advance even further.

Our cause is to urgently improve the infrastructure of the space where we provide social and Christian services to our vulnerable children and adolescents. The lack of basic infrastructure compromises the dignity, safety, and well-being of our participants. To this end, we propose three main interventions: expanding the bathrooms (with 8 toilets, 10 washbasins, 8 showers, and aluminum doors), installing a 3,000-liter water tank to ensure water supply, and installing glass protection on the upper floor, where the children are cared for, to prevent accidents. This cause will directly benefit approximately 300 children and adolescents served weekly. Currently, we face lines for bathrooms and difficulties with hygiene and food preparation due to the lack of water—we already have a water tank, but we have been unable to install it due to the high cost. There are also concerns about the safety of the upper floor, which does not yet have adequate protection. Implementation will be carried out with the support of volunteers, local donations, and the hiring of professionals. The church will contribute labor and some resources through local mobilization, but we need your support to achieve our goals and ensure a safer and more dignified space for everyone. Thank God for your blessings!

After implementing the cause, our church is committed to sustaining the impact generated through the continued mobilization of volunteers and responsible management of available resources. Maintenance of the facilities will be carried out with the support of church members skilled in general services and minor repairs, in addition to internal campaigns to collect cleaning and maintenance materials.
In general, our vision as a church is directed towards the development and promotion of the integral growth of our children, taking care not only of their spiritual dimension, but also their emotional, social, intellectual and physical dimensions (Proverbs 22:6).
