We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our donors for their generous support towards the establishment of our Early Childhood Care Center. Your contribution has played a critical role in advancing this initiative and improving the well-being of young children in our community. We apologize for the delay in submitting this report. This was primarily due to the ongoing setup and preparation of the center to ensure it meets appropriate standards for childcare. We are pleased to inform you that significant progress has been made, and we anticipate relocating to the new facility within the coming weeks. The center comprises a room measuring approximately 9 by 8 meters, which provides adequate space to accommodate the children under our care. Current efforts are focused on enhancing the facility by installing essential amenities, including a toilet and bathroom suitable for children, as well as storage space for equipment and supplies. To support the operation of the center, we have procured key items such as mattresses, mats, bedsheets, and a variety of play materials. However, due to recent increases in market prices, we had to reprioritize our budget and scale down on some planned items, including the installation of swings. On a positive note, flooring tiles and ceiling works have been successfully completed, and the facility is now connected to electricity. Plumbing works are also currently underway. At present, the center is serving up to 25 children, all below the age of 3 years, with over 80% being under 2 years old. This highlights the urgent need for a safe, nurturing, and well-equipped environment for early childhood care. As reflected in the accompanying photos, the center provides a welcoming and secure space. Families in the community have expressed great satisfaction and relief knowing their children will be cared for in such a supportive environment. Within this setting, children will benefit from attentive caregivers, age-appropriate care, and access to nutritious meals that support their growth and development. Once again, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your invaluable support in making our dream a reality.
