Our community lacks an adequate space for technical training for youth and adults. Currently, courses in collaboration with technical training institutions are held in classrooms designated for children's programs, which disrupts children's activities and limits the quality of technical education.
This project seeks to enable and equip a community space on the second floor of the Water Purification Plant to provide workshops in cooking, baking, electricity, sewing, makeup, and more. This way, youth and adults will be able to train in productive trades, improve their employment opportunities, and generate income. This will prevent the forced migration of mothers who leave the community on Mondays and return on Saturdays. Through this effort, family unity and the safety of children and adolescents will be achieved.
With your support, we will ensure that the community has a decent and well-equipped space that will allow for the educational, social, and economic development of its inhabitants. Through this initiative, we will directly impact more than 175 young people and adults each year and indirectly benefit more than 350 families in our community and surrounding areas.
To be a church who, founded on the gospel of Jesus Christ, providing the children of our city with safe spaces for their spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, supporting their families in their holistic growth.
